Mailing list members are persons that have subscribed to a given list to get regular email messages, including weekly newsletters. If the application that is used to administer the mailing list permits it, you can also approve members manually, but in this case such messages may be considered unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Traditionally, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking on a link in the messages they get, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can delete them manually in case they ask for this or in case you reach the decision that some of the mailing list members should not be part of the mailing list anymore. Each mailing list member will see only their email address in the "To" section of the email messages they receive, but not the email addresses of the other mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Website Hosting
The feature-rich Majordomo mailing list manager that comes with our Linux cloud website hosting packages
will give you full authority over the members of any list that you create through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel. You will be able to add or remove users by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so you can do this from any location without even having to sign in to the hosting Control Panel. If you include a mailing list member manually, they will receive a verification request that they need to agree to in order to join the mailing list. If they do that, they will get an email message with the mailing list’s bylaws and options. You will also be able to view a thorough list of all your mailing list subscribers and to keep an eye on who’s getting your newsletters or any other kind of periodic online correspondence.
